In questions where an image/video/audio is provided (ex: path/radiology/etc.), can you typically get by with just the text in the question stem (like 90% of cases)?

I'm almost done with Rx (my first only question bank so far) and I can usually get the right answer without the image. I know Rx is considered an easier question bank, so is my experience unique to Rx? How is it for UWorld, NBMEs, actual exam?

Thanks!!

Edit: added /video/audio

Usually, you don't need the picture. We were taught to only use the picture to confirm, what you believe to be, the right answer. Unless it's an anatomy question...
