(IMG) Do we have to add LoRs in MyERAS individually?

..or they will show up automatically once MyERAS receives them from ECFMG? LoRs we sent are in receipt status at ECFMG but don't show up in MyERAS and it's been more than a month ECFMG received them.

I believe you have to create the LOR before ECFMG can scan it.

From the ERAS Applicant User Guide:

To finalize your LoR, create a new letter writer by clicking Designate a New Letter of Recommendation Writer. Fill out the information and click Save. Repeat this process for all of your designated letter writers. After you have finished designating your letter writers, click the check box next to the LoRs that you wish to finalize; enter your MyERAS password in the box provided; and click Finalize.

Note: Once you finalize the letter writer, you cannot edit the Designated LoR.
Your designated dean’s office will be able to see/scan your finalized LoRs the next time they contact the ERAS PostOffice.
