IMG where to put non-US residency/fellowship

Hi,
I'm an MD PhD in Italy. I've completed residency and fellowship in Internal Medicine and Allergy and Clinical Immunology in Europe.
I've received the ECFMG, and I'm completing MyERAS application.

I can't figure out where to put my residency and fellowship.
It looks like it should go under "Experience -> Training", but the only options are ACGME, RCPSC, UCNS or AOA programs.
On the other hand, I could put it under "Experience -> Experience", but isn't residency/fellowship defined as Training?

List it as a work experience. Foreign training gets no credit in the US, so you don't list it under Training.
