Hi, currently i'm in my final year and i want to continue my education in USA. I just recently got my toefl score which is 100 (Speaking : 20

) and my usmle score 240+. Can anyone suggest which univ would receive my application ? Most of the list is for speaking 22++ .. I'm planning on getting PM&R or psychiatry elective programs
