IMG friendly Low score Pediatric residency Programs

Hello, I am an IMG on H-4 (dependant) visa,
MBBS 1999 passed,
USMLE Scores Step 1 91 / Step 2 80 /CS passed / Step 3 78,
USCE about 5 months, US clin research experience about 9 months 2 days a week

Can you pls suggest some pediatric residency programs that I can target with the above credentials

Looking for H1 or J1 visa sponsoring hospitals list who prefer low scores. Can anyone pls post them.

I doubt you will ever find such a list. If you cinsider yourself a non-competitive applicant, you can choose to apply to low tier programs. These are usually the small community programs.

Yeah, I doubt you'll find such programs.

There may be some that are willing to accept low scores, but none that prefer them.

At any rate, such lists do not exist that I am aware of.
