hi i am posting here for the first time. i am an img planning to take the usmle step 1 in the month of may 2019. so i wanted to know how and where can i apply for some USCE in the US. since i mostly hear that graduates only get to do observerships in the US. I graduated this year in the month of april.
also what are the scopes of getting a research assistantship in the US , psychiatry and IM being my fields of interest.
