Why do live attenuated vaccines induce a cell mediated response vs inactivated vaccines which induce a humoral response?

And on a similar note, why does mycosis induce a cell mediated response?

(FA2012,p232)

For instance Chickenpox
Live vaccine means capable of producing its protein particles which combine with MHC1 and translocate on the surface and are recognized by CD8, also some digested protein is presented to CD4 cells by macrophages and B cells which cause clonal expansion of specific CD4/CD8 cells and production of memory B cells

The only way to fight Mycosis is cell mediated + neutrophils as far as i remember
