Immune system?

I am doing destroyer problems and encounter so many questions relating to immune system, blood,etc.(I have only done first 40 problems or so) Is this something i should focus on while studying for the DAT?

It seems as though Cliff barely talks about this section.

I don't remember too many questions from Immunology that were in the D-Destroyer, just like 5. For example, asking about white blood cells and antibodies. But regular blood questions I wouldn't really consider immuno, more like basic bio.
