Are we supposed to send in completed immunization forms to all schools that accepted us so far? Or are we supposed to send in to a school we are definitely attending?

But only the one you're attending why would you send immunization info if you aren't going there? You should probably turn down the acceptances from schools you aren't going to. Kinda a dick move to keep them. Calm down and think it through next time

Most school don't even send out the forms you'll need until after April 30th - no use in getting data from students who aren't attending.

There is a DO school that wants immunization a few weeks after sending in deposit... which is why I'm really really confused...

Simple Answer: Call the school.

If a school asks for it, send it in. Otherwise, I'd wait until it's specifically requested. Usually this is something that schools wait to ask for until students have fully committed to that one school, in my experience, for reasons other posters have touched on.
