So is this chapter enough for step 1 immunology?

Haven't looked at it, but I loved the immuno chapter in Lange: Review of Medical Microbio and Immuno. It's only 90 or so pages, but it pretty much covers everything you need to know about immuno and then some in a clear manner.

I can attest to that. It is a very good book. Using it in the medical school.

kaplan micro and immuo is also a good substitute.

I haven't taken the exam but I also like the immuno section of this book. +FA
