Hello, can someone help me with that question? According to above scheme and with the use of subsequent markers: CD45, CD14, CD3, CD4, CD8, CD16, CD56, please, write immunophenotypes for Th cells and Tc cells.

You're just identifying which CD markers are present on, and are not present on, the cell types they've given you using one of the methods they demonstrated (so you can use + or pos, etc. to indicate its present)

For example: Treg's are CD3+CD4+CD25+ (maybe more, idunno, just an example)

And for any that aren't found on that cell type you simply denote as: CD16- (for example)

FA will have some of them and Medbullet or Wiki would actually be a fine place to look too
