Physiology. At some schools physiology has started to become required. Plus it's a section of your boards, so a little undergraduate physiology will never hurt.

Immunology is way more interesting!!! Take whatever you want, schools won't invite or reject you based on that, unless your dream school requires it.

Obviously everyone has different interests also.
