HI,

I was wondering about how many "pure" immunology questions typically show up on Step 1 (eg: not questions on the patholgy of immunolgical diseases, but on topics such as cytokines, antibody formation, complement system, etc).

I'm having a difficult time finding a good concise review of immunology. Do you guys think it would be enough to read the immunology section in First Aid and the associtated chapter in BRS Path?

i guess it depends on how much time you want to spend- i gave it a night- and read the chapters in lange medical micro/immuno- primarily the 2nd immuno chapter and flipped through the rest- supplemented with diagrams from FA and HY. then i took some of the questions in the lange book- i flipped through brs but didnt really read it. lange isn't great but i couldnt find anything particularly good either.😳
