Could be any sort of B cell lymphoma, CLL, etc. Classically on exams it would be CLL as it looks like a B cell neoplasm expressing the T cell marker CD5, but in real life there are many B cell tumors that are CD5+ on IHC. CLL/SLL & mantle cell lymphoma, for usmle purposes. So how do you distinguish them by "looking at the histology, lymph node involvement, extranodal involvement, the demographics of the patient, the symptoms, get some labs, genetic tests etc..."?
Are you posting for the purpose of quizzing people or because you don't know and you want to find out? If the former, kinda a weird way to go about it. If the latter, go read goljan hematology chapters.
