Implant Courses

Hey cant seem to find a current tread on this so maybe worth updating. I was wondering what the current consensus on a good implant course is. I am definitely looking into placing implants on patients and not cadavers or pig jaws. So far Wherle and Dominican Training Institute seem good, but there are just so many and its hard to find actual reviews or DDS's who have taken them. Since its such a large chunk of change I would like to know that the course actually prepares you for placing and trouble shooting BASIC implant placement.

There's a course in Arizona at the Brighter Way Institute that has live implant placement courses, sinus lift courses etc. I believe doctors can get a temporary license to practice in the state of AZ for this course too which allows them to get experience placing implants on live patients.
