Importance of med school grades for getting into anesthesia

Dear forum members; I went to my school for my mspe and realized my grades were between the 25 to 50th percentile... THIS SUCKS!!

I was wondering how important are foreign med school grades for PDs, just to have a general idea what I should expect from these people..

BTW board scores are not an issue S1 245, S2 247, CS PASS ...
I know the applicants are considered as a whole package yata, yata, yata, but I just want to know if I wont get many Ivs because of this...
