I'm currently using UWorld to prepare for the Step 1 and I really like the ability to highlight the key features in the stem. However, in the NBME form 1, there was no highlighting option in the interface.

For all those who already took Step 1, does the actual exam interface allow highlighting?

Yes it does allow to highlight on actual exam. None of the NBME exams do though.
