Hi,
In NRMP match most of the programs specify some sort of cruel screening criteria like 5 year graduation cut off, non visa sponsoring, must not have attempts etc. Is there any such thing for Ophtha programs in SFMatch? Do they mention outright that if you are visa needing/>5year old grad- you need not apply? Thanks

Oh sorry! Forgot the most important part! If it does mention something similar, is it worth the time+money+effort to apply to such programs (for an IMG who needs visa), just hoping your application will somehow get past the software screening filter? I think that's what is called desperate optimism!! Anyone sharing my 'desperately optimistic' views??😀
