Hey all! I've been trying to contact AADSAS for a while now to ask a couple questions regarding my application. Is anyone else finding it impossible to get a hold of them over the phone? I sent an email, but of course would much rather get a phone call through...

There were a couple of post saying they were so backed up you couldn't even get on hold. Some SDNers said they had to call multiple times just to get in the hold queue.

I had to call about 40 times in a row to be placed in a queue, and then wait on hold for 40 min. Just keep calling!

If you call the minute they open (9 AM EST) you can usually get put on hold right away and only need to wait ~15 minutes to talk to someone.

That's just insane to think about. Unless they have only like 2 people taking calls, that's hundreds of people calling a day the second they open.

I'm starting to think they only have about a handful of people taking calls. On several occasions, I've definitely gotten the same person twice when calling.

That would make sense since this will (hopefully) die down over the next month. But dang, that would just be disheartening coming to work and already have 10 people in the queue the moment you start working!

I got on the phone with them yesterday. You just have to keep trying to call. Like everyone says sometimes they're so busy you won't even get put on hold. But when you are put on hold you'd have to wait for like 15-40 mins. The operator usually tells you where you stand in terms of how many people on hold are ahead of you, so that's nice.
