I think u can open up a blog and write things or rant about your job/life every day.

Though courses and practice with supervision is the way to go. Practicing good writing skills comes naturally through blogs and message boards. Of course, we all know that not everybody practices good grammar and syntax😀. However, getting into multiple discussions where other posters had trouble with my message helped me refine my skills even if a little. At the very least, message boards provide good places for reinforcement of skills.
