"Improve your Memory" Books

Has anyone tried reading those books by Harry Lorayne for improving memory? (or even Kevin Trudeau's Mega Memory for that matter). With all the memorization in school they seem like they would be helpful. Harry Lorayne has like 20 different books so if one book in particular was good please specify. Thanks.
