Improving my application for 2012 cycle, some advice.

Hi, I've posted in numerous other places but in fragments. I applied to 9 DOs for the 2011 cycle, sort of late (midAug) and with my 3.5gpa. 24Qmcat, i'm thinking of re-applying for 2012 and retaking MCAT in April. Assuming I improve on the MCAT, what else do you think I could potentially improve on? Should I retake sci classes? (I'm graduated.) Thank you!

3.5, 24Q, founder/president 2 clubs, 250+hours hospital volunteering, 60 hours shadowing MD/DOs, 150+community service projects, 1 potential publication, thinking of taking a trip to African AIDS clinic (volunteer), 4+years in biomed research.

Assuming u keep up with the above activities and reasonably improve on ur MCAT, u'll do well. Recall there'll be a question on how ur application has improved hence it's imperative to sustain some ECs and improve MCAT...

your gpa is solid so def improve your mcat score.
