in bio section, how many questions of "2 of the above" as option

I see this answer type alot in destroyer. I know for the out of the blue type bio questions it can be a killer since it takes away some of the ability to cancel out wrong answers. for those that have taken the dat, how often did you see this type of answer option? is it as prevalent as it is in the destroyer book? thanks in advance

I took it twice and had no questions like this in my bio section.
