how do you get a research internship (unpaid) in high school, preferably in the summer? Which colleges have professors who tend to help out high schoolers? Where did you guys do reserach and/or internships?

Ask this question again when you are a upperclassmen and more people might reply. Not to sound rude but it is probably really hard to get into research as a freshman/sophomore/junior. Senior year its a little easier but still hard. I luckily got in! Whoop!

yeah, Jpatel is the only person I know who had research in h.s. so..

Where I live we have a research program every year, and it's generally geared more towards Juniors and Seniors.

Just get good grades and worry about that stuff a little later.

Really? I know a few people who got them between sophmore to junior year, so that's why I was wondering now..
