I am giving an In-Service at an outpatient ortho clinic in a couple of weeks, and need help with topics. I am a PT tech at the moment. Any ideas would be appreciated.

The best thing to do is ask the people you work with what their need is at that specific site. If they see a lot of a certain patient population/diagnosis, you can talk about current research for exam/treatment. Or talk about a new technique that the clinicians might be interested in but want to know more about, such as dry needling for example. The worst thing to do is present something that has been presented to them over and over again before, or that they already know a lot about. So find out what they want to know more about! 🙂
