I was wondering if anyone on here had any experience with South Carolina state schools, and could give some insight on how friendly they are to in-state applicants. I will be relocating for work next year from Maryland (one state school) to SC (two state schools).

I also wont be moving until about a year from now, so should I be claiming SC on my state of residency on the AMCAS application?
