Has anyone gotten instate tuiton for year 2 and 3 after following the guidelines for instate residency for any of the following schools: Eastern Washington Univ, No. Ariz Univ, Univ of Co. Denver

Why don't you just call the programs and ask them if PT students have successfully done this?

You can at NAU if you establish residency for 1 full year and have filed your last 2 tax returns as an independent. You may be able to get in state tuition all years at EWU because they offer a tuition waiver for many students.
