Hi, I am new to the pre-opt forum. Though I am technically studying as a pre-vet animal science major, I have known for year now that vet-med is not for me. I am seriously considering the field of optometry and have been lurking for several days and just absorbing information.
I have a question about which schools offer in-state tuition to non-residents or make it relatively easy to establish residency. I know SUNY does after 1 year (though it is already my state school) and have looked at the websites of several other schools but found nothing. If anyone has any knowledge or experience in this area, I would love to hear it. Thanks!
