Of course, some schools have cut-offs for minimum of 16 on each section, but once you pass that cut-ff, it is all about the AA and PAT

SERIOUSLY, DON"T FEED THE TROLL!!!!!! He started this damn thing a month and a half ago and you cannot reason with him. Because he only got laid 20 times in college, he hasn't been able to relieve the pressure and his ba!!$ have grown so big where it is affecting his decision where he thinks he can set the standards of what d-school adcoms will decide based on what - Barron's guide to d-school? For a guy who likes to boast his GPA and thinks he knows so much, he is the one who is lacking a little intelligence.
