If you guys know any school that has passed initial but failed final accreditation please let us know.

Also if there has been any schools in USA that has failed initital accreditation.

That is a good question! I asked an instructor at OHSU and he stated it does happen. He wouldn't give me the names of the schools but stated usually the students are enrolled in other schools and it's extremely hard on the student to relocate and jump into the middle of a new ciriculum. I hope this helps
