I know from reading these message boards for some while that no one knows exactly how the pcat is scored. I studied about a month using Dr. Collins and I felt it helped me and I learned a lot. On the practice test in bio I would get around 34 or 30 of the 48 questions right. In chem I would do about the same. In verbal I would sometimes get in the 30's and sometimes 28 or 29. Math would only get about 25 to 30. So I was wondering from your experiences, how many do you think... ( I said think ball park figure) Need to get right per section to get a 70 percentile.

I am a Sr. with 3.65 GPA 3.4 Science. Experience in both pharmacy (A close relative owns it), dental field for over two year. Made a 15 on DAT and never really bothered to apply when I seemed to enjoy pharmacy more. I felt the Pcat was easier but maybe all the studying for DAT paid off on PCAT lets hope.

I have also done re-search programs and a crap load of community service.

Still going to sigh up for October PCAT, and have all my application ready to go out by mid- Sept.
