I just have a law question. How lang after discovery of an incident pharmacy should report this to CA pharmacy board? Within 24 hrs or 72 hrs?

You don't send it to the board but you must keep it on file for one year. The only time sensitive factor otherwise is per CCR 1711 [d] "Investigation*of*pharmacy*medication*errors*is*initiated*within*two*business*days*from*the*date*the*
medication*error*is*discovered."

Some boards require notification if error results in death or injury....
