Include all volunteer hours?

I'm not a member of the Public Health Student Association but I went with them to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. I worked for three hours and haven't done anything with PHSA or Habitat since then. Should I still include that?

I met with an admissions person at MSU-COM and she told me to put every volunteer hour I ever did on my application. I would recommend it, even if it was a one time thing.

Any one else have any suggestions?

I'd put everything ... why not? Especially if they are diverse type of volunteering (ie hospital, lab volunteering, boys and girls club, etc).

Thanks guys! I was just worried that they would think I wasn't committed or something for not doing more hours or that I'm a flake. It wasn't at all like that I just got extremely busy. I think I will take your advice to include those hours.
