Include community service volunteering in application?

For my organizations I do a lot of random community service volunteering, mostly handing out water at marathons and stuff like that. Since it's not a continued volunteering experience, like once a week, does that count? Do we include stuff like that on applications? Thanks.

If the experiences have had an impact on your life, or helped you have a significant impact on the lives of other people, then include them in the application.
