Does anyone know if it's a no-no to include sentences from activity descriptions verbatim in the P.S.?

I have a handful of sentences I'd like to include verbatim, because I believe that they are already written as eloquently and succinctly as they will ever be.

However, if I have to change them for the sake of changing them, I will.

Thoughts?

I don't think it is necessarily a "no-no", but I'm sure you can change the sentence just enough so it's not like the adcom is reading the exact thing over again. I don't think you will get an automatic rejection or anything, but I don't think it would hurt to change up the sentence a little...throw in a little variety!

seriously though, I think you should do what you can to keep from sounding redundant. i.e. verbatim c&p = redundant

I don't care how well written your activity descriptions are... I think it's a waste of precious characters to repeat information in your PS that is found anywhere else in your application.

Very well put, it sounds like the OP put a story into each of his activity descriptions.
