Incoming Immunizations and Health Forms

Hey, all. I'm new here, but I had a question regarding health forms. I know most schools have deadlines for receipt of these forms over a month before school starts. What about those who get off of the waitlist right before classes start? Do they have problems with respect to registration?

I got in off a waitlist and they said "by July 15th or if you are not able to return it by July 15th get it in ASAP." Should be fine...I'm sure they understand.

By the way, if they give you a chance to opt out of the meningitis vaccine, think about it...I had it on Thursday and still have a really bad reaction to it!!!

I can only speak for MCW. Here it has to be done by the end of Sept as after this, we start dealing with patients. My guess is that as long as you get it done before you see patients, you will be fine.
