Incomplete Applications

Can you still get an interview, or accepted if you're missing some requirements? Would you be on temporary acceptance until you get it sent in? This is more minor stuff, like a letter of rec. or your SAT scores.

Hi I have heard of people getting interviews with an incomplete file, but I am not sure about provisional acceptances. The only instances that I have heard of people getting accepted without a complete file is if they were missing OAT scores. Or maybe the final grade in a course they were in the process of completing. Not quite sure on the rec letters though. I know that my ACT score (or if you took SAT) was included on my college transcript.
