"Incomplete" course

So I have an incomplete on one of my courses which I retook later for a grade. Do I need to list it twice? There is no option for "incomplete" so do I list it as a withdraw and include the credits both times?

I think if it made it onto your transcript inially as an incomplete, it shoud be listed twice.
