Incomplete Prereq Optomcas

Hi, If I still have a couple pre-reqs to complete should I indicate on Optomcas that "I am not matching any courses to this Prerequisite"
Or should i add in an additional semester to my transcript to show that I have plan on taking the course?

This additional semester would not show up on my official transcript, also I haven't decided which institution I'll be taking it at yet
