Incomplete transcript sent to AMCAS?

I told my stupid school to send my transcript after the spring grades were in, but they sent without spring grades (I sent one to myself at the same time to make sure). They sent one to AMCAS that was incomplete. If I have them send another complete one to AMCAS, will I be fine? What will happen to the original?

dont worry about it, it will be fine, they will just update your file. It is ok
