Hey if I got an Incomplete for a class, is that bad? I mean I can probably get the grade next semester--probably an A or B. Its for my senior thesis and I was not told that I needed to have a proposal done before the end of the semester.

If it comes up in the interview just tell them. Also, have a reason if they ask why you didn't finish it before the end of the semester.

I had that grade on my record over the summer as I was also working on my senior seminar. The grade was incomplete and only UNLV requested that transcript. When they saw it, they asked me about it. No big deal at all if you can explain it correctly. It may even give you a chance to bring up what you are doing and impress them a little. 🙂
