Inconsistency in Nova application requirements

I just received an email from Nova with a link to check status of application documents.
It seems to ask all transcripts and DAT score to be sent to Nova, since it lists these items missing. However I sent all these materials to AADSAS, and Nova application website did not mention that these materials need to be directly sent to the school (official transcripts are required if accepted before matriculation).
I am confused😕...Does anyone know what's going on?

Thanks for replying. What are you based on.. Are you applying or applied to Nova?

Anyone else has the same issue, i.e. receiving an email from Nova asking for transcripts and DAT score to be sent to school?
