Increasing # of Derm Spots?

Just noticed in the recent JAMA Med Education edition that there are apparently 405 1st year Derm spots given out for this year (from GME survey). This seems higher than previous years (mid to upper 300s). Is this trend expected to continue (i.e. expand program sizes?).
