I have to take a 1 credit independent study this semester as a Biology major and I am really in a bind... I really have no idea what I would like to research, or what would be reasonable at all for me to present to my mentor as an idea. (I've taken Bio 1&2, Genetics, Molec, and Gen Chem 1&2.) Can some of you guys share ideas, general guidelines, or anything that you have done in the past to point me in the right direction? Thank you so much.
