hi guys... m new to dis forum.
I just moved to U.S. nd staying in Connecticut. M on H4 visa. M an Indian Dentist nd want to take NBDE part 1 nd 2. Bt I am absolutely clueless about d whol process.
I did go through ADA website bt cant understand the whole process step-by-step.
Can anybody pls show me d right path.... i wnt to knw abt d exam process, fee structure, wt all formalities r to b done being a foreign dentist, exam dates, college admissions criteria nd dates , nd visa proceedings.. i mean do i hav to change my visa or i can do all dis on h4 too.
i knw m being littl crazy asking all d stuff bt i dnt knw A of dis process.

Any help nd guidance will b highly appreciated.

I am preparing for Part 1.
Planning to give it in October end or November first week, as soon as I receive my ECE reports. I'll take a date.

Currently Im in India, will go to give the exam with a B2 visa.

can anyone pls let me knw abt the time period for which nbde results are valid... i mean after d results come, how much time do i have to apply to universities...is it immediate or i have a couple of months???

also i wud like to knw if i can study from older editions or current edition is preferrable?

hi iam planing to give ndbe 1 xm i recently completed my bds in india and came to us on H4 visa i did not get my degree certificate yet it takes time is it necessary for my ece evaluation or can i provide my provisional certificates and i am pleased if u give me information wt certificates i should have to start ece thank you

Like we get marksheets in India,similarly US schools need transcripts for which u will hv to request ur university that in order to apply to US schools,u need transcripts.Without transcripts,u cant go for ECE evaluation.

ECE does not require transcripts anymore. I just got my evaluation report today n I just sent the photocopies of all my degrees from school till MDS, all of which I completed in India. So dont waste your time over getting transcripts from India
