Well I can't help enough but do you have a visa to enter US. Or passport you know first if you don't have those you can't study in US. If you do you should be fine just finish hschool and apply into good premed colleges. 🙂 I'm sorry I can't help a lot good luck 🙂

I could see it affecting you a little (interviewing you would obviously be difficult for most undergrads that do so), but for the most part if you are a US citizen and you have an equivalent grading system in india it shouldn't matter so long as you do well on the SAT.
