I received confirmation 7 days after I requested my date by e-mail. I know we got our interview invites the same time and i'm guessing you requested your date soon after. I would definitely try and get a hold of someone if I were you, since I had gotten a confirmation so long ago.

I called this morning and my file was complete and they had everything i sent them. . . They just forgot to schedule my interview.. . Its all good now. confirmation email in the inbox.
