Indiana Jurisprudence Exam HELP!

I was wondering if anyone had taken the Indiana Jurisprudence dental exam recently and could help me. What did you study and how hard was the exam? How many times can you take it? also if you fail how long do you need to wait before you retake? I heard it is a take home test but I am not sure.. please help!
