Another vote for indiana, especially with a scholarship. USC would be way too expensive in comparison

Well your question is which is the better school, but really thats irrelevant based on cost, especially with the scholarship. So unless you have any other real reason to consider USC, nobody on here will tell you anything else but to simply to go indiana. Good luck!
