Hello there... I will be joining Harvard school of Public Health this September 2012.I am from Punjab, India. I am looking for apartments near Harvard and would want Indian female room mates to share. Please reply who all will be joining Harvard this fall.

You can't be so selective. You might have to share an apartment with someone who is not Indian. Oh the humanity.

Not to be harsh, but SoundScaner is probably right. Boston has an extremely tight rental market (I live here currently), and you may not be able to be so selective about who you live with. That said, you should certainly be able to find only female roommates if you are female and are uncomfortable living with a man. That is definitely much more doable.

Posting here is worth a shot though, and in general, if you look hard enough, you may be able to find exactly what you are looking for, but, I just wanted to warn you that this may not be the case.
